you do not or cannot agree with these terms of use, then you must leave
this Web site. NOTE: We bear no relation, nor shall we be confused with

All graphics on this Web site, including the look and feel were either
created from scratch using off the shelf software such as Adobe
Photoshop, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, Aqua Button Maker, BBEdit, Flash,
and PhotoFolio®. Other graphics/and/or photos where used were either
licensed directly from freelance photographers, or purchased through
on-line stock agencies. All trademarks where used are either trademarked
Cat Condo Heaven or are trademarks of the respective companies that own
them. Some charts and graphics, including Cat Condo Heaven sales sheets
and McKenzie charts do make comparisons with Cat Condo Heaven and other
competing products and services. Any and all such comparisons made to
other products or services is based on factual evidence learned through
public knowledge, and or actual use of and/or actual testimonies made by
other users of that product or service.
You, the user, are hereby granted a non-exclusive right to use this site
for your own information and decision making purposes. You are free to
download only the various Cat Condo Heaven logos and pictures where
allowed.
You may NOT use any web sucking program to download, trace or reverse
engineer any section of this Web site or transfer any part of this site
to another computer or hard drive. You may NOT probe or test this site
for hidden pages, or probe or test this Web site for areas that you are
not allowed to normally access. You may NOT use any program to scrape or
acquire any hidden navigation or protected area of this site. You may
NOT use any program to attempt to gain any personal information
including credit card information on any other member of this site. You
may NOT use any other person's credentials to gain access to this site
and/or protected client restricted ares of this site. You may NOT

the Cat Condo Heaven site is automatically logged and includes your
computer's Internet Protcol (IP) number. This information is NOT
displayed on any Cat Condo Heaven Web site. Please keep this in mind

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your cat furniture, contact us
by email within 3 days of receiving the cat furniture piece. Cat
furniture must be returned insured in a new cardboard box within 7 days
of refund request. Cat furniture must be new and unused. Refund amount
will be for the purchase price only. Shipping charges are not
refundable. Damage claims must be filed and resolved by the buyer with
the shipping carrier. For credit card purchases, please allow up to 4
weeks for credit to appear on your statement. For purchases made via
check, refunds are made company check made payable to the purchaser name
only, and normally take (2) two weeks to be processed.
Cat Condo Heaven software. All of Cat Condo Heaven's RealAdvantage
Virtual Office Web site software runs over the Internet and cannot be
downloaded onto any desktop computer. Some Cat Condo Heaven products
such as PhotoFolio® Carousel and our property tax CMA modules do run on
a Macintosh or PC Compatible workstation. These products each come with
individual software licenses that you must agree to prior to using. If
you are working with any Cat Condo Heaven software product after 5
business days, your acceptance of the software license is automatically
accepted. You may NOT transfer or sell the Cat Condo Heaven software
product, access to this site to any other party or license to any other
person or entity without express written consent from Cat Condo Heaven.
Legal Disclaimers and other Boo-Boos
VOYAGER MAKES NO WARRANTY WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED THAT ALL OF CAT
CONDO HEAVEN PRODUCTS IMPREVIOUS TO THE WEAR AND TEAR OF ANIMALS. CAT
CONDO HEAVEN PRODUCTS ARE NOT TO BE CLIMBED ON BY HUMANS. VISIBLE STAPLE
MARKS THROUGH THE CARPET ARE A NORMAL OCCURANCE ON THE CAT CONDOS. You,
the user, hereby agree to hold Cat Condo Heaven HARMLESS from any loss,
liability, claims or expenses (including attorney fees), made against
Cat Condo Heaven FOR DAMAGES CAUSED TO ANIMALS, HUMANS, OR OTHER
PERSONAL PROPERTY in connection with your use of a Cat Condo Heaven
product. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR VIRUSES, OR ANY SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE
FAILURE THAT YOU MAY EXPERIENCE WHILE VISITING CATCONDOHEAVEN.COM. YOUR
SOLE REMEDY OF ANY DISSATISFACTION OF USING ANY CAT CONDO HEAVEN PRODUCT
AFTER THE INTIAL 3 DAy trial period IS TO STOP USING IT.
In no event will Cat Condo Heaven or any of Cat Condo Heaven's
authorized agents be liable to you for any indirect, consequential,
exemplary, incidental, punitive damages, even if Cat Condo Heaven has
been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification Rule
You, the user, hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless any officer
or authorized Cat Condo Heaven representative from any loss, liability,
claims or expenses (including attorney fees), made against Cat Condo
Heaven by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with
your use of a Cat Condo Heaven product.
Cat Condo Heaven "Ideas and Suggestions," Policy
If you provide Cat Condo Heaven with any idea to improve our services,
or if you suggest any new product or service and Cat Condo Heaven elects
to use it, you agree that Cat Condo Heaven can use the idea with no
compensation to you.
